When designing this line of wines, we were inspired by the sights of the Belogorsk region. In addition to the White Rock, which is famous for its picturesque views and is also a historical center of aeronautics, the new labels depict picturesque sunrises and sprawling vineyards of Crimea. We have retained the best design elements of the previous series, but have completely rethought the overall style to offer something truly new and memorable. This is our philosophy: preserving the heritage – creating the future!

Dry white wine

Aging

Technology – Sur lie, aging on thin yeast sediment for about 2 months in steel.

Color

Light straw with a greenish tint.

Taste

Soft, harmonious, with moderate acidity, light candy and a long aftertaste.

Aroma

The wine creates a mood of anticipation of long-awaited warmth on a cold day. A symbiosis of subtlety, fragility, tenderness of spring and a bright summer day. The predominant note of spring primroses - crocuses and freesia, complemented by the delicate aroma of blooming Crimean spring alleys - almonds and yellow plums, smoothly flowing into acacia honey, combined with nuances of ripe yellow apples, nectarine, apricot and lemon zest.

Gastronomic combination

It will make an excellent gastronomic pairing for salads with acidic dressing and white lean meat. It will also go well with seafood pasta on a creamy base.

Classic technology for making sugar-containing wines while preserving the natural sugar of grapes.

Color

Rich pink with a peach hue.

Taste

Bright, fresh, dense, with a base of barberry candies, strawberries, light creaminess and a delicate note of grapefruit.

Aroma

Strawberry jam, sweet grapefruit, red plum, light notes of dogwood and cream, cut with a blooming white rose. The very embodiment of summer, with its manifestation of gifts and a sense of long-awaited rest.

Gastronomic combination

It will make a great pair with poultry meat and liver pates. It will also go well with grilled turkey or chicken. And, of course, we recommend it as a gastronomic pair with langoustines with the addition of romesco sauce.

Classic technology for making sugar-containing wines while preserving the natural sugar of grapes.

Color

Bright pink with a reddish tint.

Taste

Round, creamy, harmonious, with a note of fig jam.

Aroma

An intertwining of red berries in a single cocktail – wild strawberries, strawberry jam, currants, sugared cranberries, cherries, lingonberries. The berry composition is complemented by the aroma of vanilla, cookies and confiture.

Gastronomic combination

Pairs perfectly with Pan-Asian dishes, salads with spicy dressing, light berry desserts, such as panna cotta. Also ideal with shrimp.

Sparkling wine

Aging

Traditional method of making sparkling wine, 12 months aging on yeast sediment, Zero Dosage.

Color

Light golden.

Taste

Harmonious, long-lasting. The main manifestation is bready rye notes, ripe quince, plum, gooseberry and wild apple.

Aroma

Bright, juicy, fresh. The palette of aromas is very diverse - ripe apple, lemon, lychee, pineapple, candy sweetness combined with orange blossom, honeysuckle and the aroma of fresh baked goods with vanilla.

Gastronomic combination

Pairs well with seafood and salted fish. Soft cheeses and bruschettas based on tomatoes and mozzarella. Ideal for an aperitif.
