About Mons Albus Winery

"Mons Albus" is a winery focused on the production of original white, red and pink wines. The vineyards are located in the piedmont of Crimea, on the territory of one of the most ecologically favorable zones - Belogorsk district, in the vicinity of Belaya Skala, a unique natural monument, after which the brand was named. Translated from Latin, "Mons Albus" means "White Mountain".
Brand Philosophy
The philosophy of the Mons Albus brand is based on deep respect for nature, traditions and innovations. Production is aimed at creating unique wines that reflect not only the terroir of the Crimean foothills, but also the philosophy of freedom and inspiration inherent in this picturesque region. Each product is the result of a harmonious combination of winemaking traditions and advanced technologies, which allows you to boldly experiment and create exclusive wines that amaze with their character and taste.
Continuous development remains a priority, with plans to expand the vineyards and build a modern distillery to ensure that every product is available to connoisseurs of fine wine.
The Mons Albus team believes that each wine is not only the result of labor, but also an expression of passion, the pursuit of excellence and love for the native land.
"Mons Albus" invites you to an unforgettable journey, where every bottle is a story, every sip is a new discovery, and every meeting is an opportunity to feel the spirit of the Crimean foothills.

Terroir

The terroir of Mons Albus is a synergy of land, sun, wind and the painstaking work of a team filled with enthusiasm and love for their work. The region has a rich wine heritage: back in the 60s of the last century, the Belogorsk winery was located here, specializing in the production of light white wines and cognac products. Today, our goal is to confirm and increase the potential of this land in the production of high-quality wines.
Our history
The history of the Mons Albus winery includes many fascinating events that give the project special depth and character. It all began in 2019, when a team of enthusiasts saw the huge potential of the foothills of central Crimea. White Rock, dominant over this region, became a symbol of their desire to reach new heights in winemaking. The team's inspiration came from the history of the region. At the beginning of the 20th century, White Rock was known as the starting point for the first hot air balloon flights. The contrast of white stone, blue sky and green plains served as a magnificent backdrop for the hovering balloons.
